Do you offer your products in digital format?

All our products are supplied in hard copy pre- printed format, we do not offer digital versions of our products at the moment.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We aim to print, pack & post all orders within 3- 5 working days, once your order has been updated to "shipped" you should expect to receive it within 2-3 working days depending on shipping method chosen.

How much is delivery?

We have two options available. 1st class postage 2-3 business days and 2nd class postage 3-5 business days. prices are automatically calculated at the checkout depending on order size. 

Payments & Orders-

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all Credit/ debit cards and Paypal payments, you do not need a Paypal account to use this method, you can sign in as a guest and pay using your credit or debit card.

How do I know my order has gone through ok?

If you used Paypal to pay for your order once checkout is complete you will receive two emails, a payment receipt from Paypal and an order confirmation email from us, you will then receive a third email from us once your order has been shipped.

Returns

Can I return my order?

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you would like to return your order please Contact us, please do not return your order unless you have contacted us first. Returns must be in their original unused condition and are returned at your own cost.
