About Us

Hi, I’m Zoe — the creator behind Making Childminding Easy.

I trained and qualified as a registered childminder in May 2009 and quickly discovered just how much time childcare providers spend keeping on top of paperwork, policies and daily records to meet Ofsted requirements.

While I loved caring for the children in my setting, I found myself constantly creating forms, checklists and displays to help keep everything organised and running smoothly.

Using my creativity, I began designing my own practical paperwork, posters and resources to use within my setting. Having ready-to-use forms to hand made everyday tasks far more manageable and helped streamline the paperwork side of childminding.

Over time, other childcare providers began asking about the resources I was creating, and that’s when Making Childminding Easy was born.

Since 2009, the business has continued to grow and now supports childminders and early years settings across the UK with practical, easy-to-use resources designed to save time, reduce stress and help providers stay organised and compliant.

Every product is created with real childcare settings in mind and inspired by hands-on experience within the early years sector.

In 2025, Making Childminding Easy was proudly recognised at the Parent & Baby Awards, winning Best Childminding Support Platform 2025 – UK — something I’m incredibly grateful for and proud of.
